Intellectual property policy

ViiDou respects the third party intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same.

ViiDou policy, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable and/or terminate the account or access of users who infringe on a recurring basis or which are regularly accused of infringing copyright or other third party intellectual property rights.

ViiDou will respond to claims of infringement of intellectual property rights carried out via the website and mobile application ViiDou (the Site and Application) which are brought to the knowledge of ViiDou and in accordance with the present Charter.

If you are holder of an intellectual property right, or that you are authorized to act on behalf of such a person, please notify alleged intellectual property rights infringement conducted on or through the Site and the Application by returning to ViiDou the Notification of infringement alleged following duly completed, as described below.

Receipt of such Notification as described below, ViiDou will be, in its sole discretion, any measure it deems appropriate, including removal of the offending Site and Application.

Notification of infringement alleged (hereinafter the notice)

  • Identify the specific copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or - if multiple copyrighted works are covered by this Notice - you can submit a representative list of works that you claim has been infringed.
  • Identify the content that you consider as infringing (or as the subject of infringing activity) and that you think should be deleted, or access should be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to enable us to locate such content, including, at a minimum, where applicable, the URL of the link shown on the website and the Application from which the content can be accessed
  • Include your mailing address, telephone number, and if applicable, your email address.
  • Insert the two statements below in the body of the Notice:
  • I declare the present consider in good faith that the disputed use of the identified document is not authorized by the holder of the intellectual property right, its agent or the law (ex: legal and jurisprudential exceptions 'fair use'). ''
  • I herewith declares that the information contained in this Notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the registrant or that I am authorized to act on behalf of the holder of the rights of intellectual property including the infringement is alleged.
  • Please, specify your name and sign your electronic or physical signature.
