ViiDou respects the third party intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same.
ViiDou policy, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable and/or terminate the account or access of users who infringe on a recurring basis or which are regularly accused of infringing copyright or other third party intellectual property rights.
ViiDou will respond to claims of infringement of intellectual property rights carried out via the website and mobile application ViiDou (the Site and Application) which are brought to the knowledge of ViiDou and in accordance with the present Charter.
If you are holder of an intellectual property right, or that you are authorized to act on behalf of such a person, please notify alleged intellectual property rights infringement conducted on or through the Site and the Application by returning to ViiDou the Notification of infringement alleged following duly completed, as described below.
Receipt of such Notification as described below, ViiDou will be, in its sole discretion, any measure it deems appropriate, including removal of the offending Site and Application.
